how long did they keep him in jail? four years before he even got a trial. and eight months of that was in solitary confinement. I believe he only got a five year sentence after all of that.
Then the court ordered that he could not use any sort of computers after his release.
Justified?
The court really overstepped their authority. Since when can you be held without trial for four years? Since when can the court system invent arbitrary terms of your release? Doesn't sound constitutional to me.
