Is it legal to video record me at work and watch from your computer at home without telling me? |
I work in a laundry area at a hotel. there is hidden cameras. That is not a big deal, but the supervisor watches us on the computer on her days off. the cam is connected to her computer. I live in pa, is it legal? More details please. As long as the cameras are legal, it makes NO difference WHERE of WHEN they are monitored. Report It More details please....is your employer doing this? Is a friend doing this? if it is your employer...then yes in most states. If they have any audio recording that is usually not allowed...it is a violation. Most employers have a sign near the entrance that the premises is under video surveillance..that covers them for liability |
