Is there a Wisconsin law against spousal monitoring by using spyware on the home computer? |
I'm married to an insanely jealous, insecure man. He has always been monitoring me with cameras and recorders. He has also been spying on my internet activity. Is this legal in Wisconsin? Or is he a criminal? If you both live under the same roof, then I don't think that it is illegal to do that. One can do the same thing simply by looking up the history on a computer. that can't be legal. get that fool out of your house....get a lawyer Does he know you just wrote this? That was probably not too smart. Well I don't know if it's a crime since its all in your/his house, but divorce his sorry ***. That is definitely not a healthy relationship. Hopefully he doesn't see that you posted this here... No, but I recommend you get out of that before it gets bad, jealous usually turns to violent. Get out before its to late and he either hurts or kills you... It's happening more and more these days. Good luck. |
