Can I sue the Bill gate , Microsoft company?

I like sue the Bill gate as billion dolor,s he sale his windows, like XP or Vista, first this vista easy go on crash and customers lose so many information on his computer, so much times and money go to fix problems, others a customers buy the computer with Windows install already on this computer or the HD, He or she pay one times to buy product's , like you go and buy car or any thinks then this product is you and you have right to sale or transform the what you own, now if he or she transfer this computer to others, or exchange parts of this computer like HD to others, or donated the computer to a place , I thinks MSN company do not have right to send any thinks like( Genuine windows license) and ask for money , because this computer he or she buy in second market may had change in parts or HD, or no more information on, Bill gate he sold this windows in a first place and he don't have right to sale again and again one production over and over

You do not buy the operating system. You buy a license to use it on one computer.

If there are problems with the operating system, you buy the problems that come with it as well.

If you want to sue Bill Gates because you don't like Microsoft... then don't use Microsoft. No one is forcing you to use it and if you have problems with it then get over it. I never had problems with it.

If you are having much free time and u want 2 sue bill gates & his company then go with the fool proof strategy. read out their privacy wordings then you can easily sue them and take their fortune.

but in a nut shell its useless....to sue a company... as they had not drafted the policy with out reading the international and american Rules & regulations....
