Yes, a judge can order those as an 8 years old do not have legal rights to decide thing and the judge can decide things that he deemed is in his best interest eg taking him away against his wishes if the parent is abusing him even he wish to continue to stay with them and put him into a home under social worker care. Can a judge order these things? Probably. They don't seem to be extremely onerous for the ordinary 8 year old. |
