If someone be charged falsely what can they do so the cops can be disciplined for it.?

I know some people scared of cops. Everyday some cops use their authorituy to lied. My cousin was falsely accussed of a crime, went to holding cell. He wasn't be charged with a crime they let him go. This happen all the time. What can he do to bring cops to get disciplined. He can't use the computer due to injury. So I am typing this whjile he sitting next to me. He was with his child & they use the child as a colletral & child social services want to talk to him about child endargement. Again falsely, why they want leave him alone. The child mother told social services he wasn;t charged with child endargement. How can they get the social services out of her life. She cooperated with the woman. She want the nosy child social services out of her life.

Unfortunately the only way to keep from getting falsely accused or charged, is to have someone (preferably more than one) that will vouch for you.

If you don't have anyone to clear your name, then you need to get a good lawyer, and argue the case. If you can establish reasonable doubt - then they have to drop it. It can be expensive, and take a long time - but that's the sad reality.

If you get their badge numbers you can report them internal affairs. Report It

You can file a formal complaint with the police department.

Punish the cops? nosy child services?
Lady, these people are just doing their job.
people make mistakes, they take chances.
The cops and child services people are heroes- don't you get it? they serve the community, they help people, they keep people safe.
They aren't perfect or superheroes.
Plus, I'm inclined to think they had a reason for the arrest and the child endangerment claim.
