Bullying at work while pregnant,CAN i CLAIM AGAINST EMPLOYER?


I have been bullying at work for a while.
While working I have discovered that 10 out of my 12 people team is making 拢 150-200 on the side by stealing from company.We all work for catering company and our computer system allowes to do loads of illigal operations.This kind of practises really disgust me as is agaiinst my personal belives.Anyway I have decided to talk to the team instead raporting them to manager.Since then they start to sabotage my work and started to call me the most abusive terms you could not imagine.After 3 months of hell they start to threat me ect.Enought is enought and I raport them.5 of them were arested at work the rest were suspended .I was force to run as a waistress with heavy plates until I was 7 months pregnent and was called b**ch and C***t .I gave birth prematurly ans spend 4 days in hospital,I 've called sick many times as I was so afraid to go to work.Was also told that "I'm just polish"(hence excuse my english)Can I claim against my company?where 2go

I did raport them to my supervisor straight away,I wanted to be fair and told the members of my team first what do I think about it instead raporting them to manager.Supervisor knew from the begining,she actually told me that this is going on for ages!!I do work for very prestisious place in London.I have wrote at least 7 reports about fraud and in the end officiolly testified against my co-workers.I did not memnsioned that 拢 150-200 were for each member as a extra side money.We had basic wage plus service charge,so they were stealing my money as well.I went on my maternity in September,hence then 2 of the restaurant are in the middle of refurbishment and we all supoused be paid LAY OUT.I have never receive any money since September.I should be back at work from the end of September,also formally I'm still employed....my company says they will sort it out but they never do,Other workers on Lay out are paid....

If you'd reported the frauds straight away and your employer didn't protect you, you'd have a case.
But you didn't, so you have no case.
The pregancy argument is irrelevant

For What. You never reported the incidents to begin with so how could the company fix the problem.

Go to a doctor and get signed off work for a start.

Then consult the citizens advice bureau on your rights and possibility of claiming aganist the company.

I would seek advise from Citisens Advice Bureau, they will be able to send you in the right direction, look for your local branch in a telephone directory or yell.com. It sounds like you have had a rough time and you may be able to get help.

i can understand why you spoke to the team but really it would have been much easier to just report them and keep out of it personally.
as for the waitress thing, your employer has the duty to check that your job is safe for you, if it was not then they have to by law find you another job in the company which isnt any less favourable in terms of money etc. if they can not then they have to give you paid leave until after the baby is born or they find another job for you.
were you called names by the other team members? if so that is harrasment.
if you are ever in the situation you should speak to your mamanger or the HR department to sort it, if you dont report it then there can be no claim if nothing is done.
i would speak to a specialist employment solicitor or the CAB if you cant find a solicitor in your area to ask for advise.
