To go along with my other one(legal age)?

Here is my original question:
I was just wondering what the legal age in South Carolina is to say you want to live with a different family member is.
Like say I wanted to go live with my Aunt, could I say I wanted to go live with her, instead of my parents.

Well that REALLY sucks... I'm only 15. I mean I want out of the house. The only reason my mom keeps me around is to clean up her messes. She's addicted to this computer game, and my dad just doesn't care. The only time they talk to me is to tell me to do something. I'm not lying either.
But I have no proof they do that.

So if I have to be18 to move out
or go infront of a judge and get moved in with my aunt or what ever.
I mean IF (which will probably not happen)
but IF my parents agreed, could they just hand me over to my aunt? With out going to court???
