Is TX a garnishable state? |
Is Texas a garnishable state, for collections? yes! but it depends on what type of collections, child support and federal student loans are garnishable from wages by state law. Regular bill collections depending on the amount and whether you are sued, may be collected, if not sued they may not be able to collect. from TX GIRL |
