HELP!! Im trying to find my ex hubbys address so he can be served with papers so I can collect my child suppor

I have already tried all the search engines, paid Intelius for a cell phone report, had a womans name and her address instead of his, he used to be chief of police so he knows how to dodge the ropes. I need to find a way to get his address so he can be served with papers, to go back to court.. already got in contact with child support collections.. NOTHING can be done without an address PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks a lot!!!

NO I dont have a drinking problem, just one child, that I expect to recieve support for, after all I DO have a court order!!

Try hiring a private investigator , they are good at these cases.

well...............you would no better than me!

Have you tried tracking him by his SS#. Maybe family members?

Do you really need child support? Or are you just doing it coz you have 5 kids and your spending all your money on your drinking problem?

If you can't find him, thats your problem lol. You married a pig... What else do you expect. Don't matter what anyone says.. Cops are corrupt. Not just on one country.. but all of them.

That is interesting because the investiagation part of the child enforcement can track him down. They have his ss# have you ask them to tack him because they have more resources then you would.
There is also a site call deadbeat dads inwhich they will find they and take money from the child support.
Call the police department they should have his address special if he is being paid retirement money.
You have his birthday date, brith place , and ss# then the child support should be able to trace him.

I had the same problem and it took over a year to get him served. I ended up having him served at his parents' home. Since they are his parents and he used to live with them it was considered a good service.

Child Support Enforcement is not very helpful. You really have to do most of the legwork yourself.

If you have an address of a family member you can try that and see if it works.

Hiring a private investigator is probably the best solution, but an expensive one. Another possibility is this web site, which is FREE.

If you have a phone number for him (at work is just fine!) then use it to do a Reverse Telephone search. He can be served papers at work.
