Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone at PayPal who actually wants to help?

I sold a Sony PS3 on Ebay back around thanksgiving (during the rush), the woman claim she never recieved it even though later she admitted in an email that she is scamming me and other people. PayPal reversed the charge based on her claim that she didnt receieve it and for the last few months this issue has been really bothering me. I know for a fact this woman is scamming me, but paypal decided to give her her money back, I have sent PayPal numerous pieces of evidence including a UPS tracking number which shows she recieved the item, also emails from the woman, and correspondance I recieved from the local sherriff's office where she lives which shows she told the police that she DID recieve the PS3.

I have tried to work with their resolution team and they just keep sending me form letters.

Well yesterday I got a letter from a collections agency!!!

I have a perfect paypay/ebay history and the buyer's ebay history was like 70% after the holidays (she scammed more than me)
thx
