How do I get my creditors off my back? I have a conservotor, guardian who takes of my money?

Every day at work, my creditors call me up asking for their money. I tell them that they need to talk to my conservotr, ro guradian about he handles all of my money . He happens to be father. They always call me at the same timw while he's at work.

How can I get the off my back and have them talk to conservotor instead of me? I think I;m being harassed by them calling daily by these phones calls too. Can I use that
somehow?

What should I do? One card is about to go to collections because they will not listen to me and talk my guradian> What can ?

pay your bills like everyone else

Many creditors will not respond to a "stop contacting me" request unless it's in writing. Your father should send a letter with proof of conservatorship to each creditor you're concerned about.

You haven't indicated why you have a conservator appointed. If its because you're a minor, then your ability to enter into contracts with anyone is extremely limited, and the creditors should be advised by your conservator (or his attorney) that any contract so entered is voidable. If you have a conservator appointed because you have been adjudged mentally incompetent, the same is true. (There are exceptions that I won't go into here).

It sounds like you need to discuss this with your conservator and then you and your conservator discuss this with an attorney licensed in your state. For a referral, contact your local or state bar association.

what you do is simply tell them not to call back. at that point they are required by law not to contact you anymore. also send them a certified letter explaining that you wish not be contacted further. any further correspondance, just keep track of and take them to small claims court for harrassment.
