Is this legal? re:hospital bill? |
I had a bill for my son's surgery with a hospital in MA, that for some unknown reason, the insurance company hadn't paid. (They realeased the funds today) I assumed it was paid since I hadn't heard from the hospital. W have since moved to another state, but we did have our mail forwarded. 1st are you sure you didnt use him for contact or referance on this bill? Iwould think as long as his signature is no where on he could not be liable Your brother in law is under no legal obligation to pay this bill. |
