What laws protect us from collection agency sharing information with others who is not on the account? |
an attorneys office called my home threating to sue for 17 thousand dollars for an outstanding ballance of 2 thousand dollars and discused this with my wife,a friend of the family and my 12 year old daughter.after several calls the lady caught up with me and sounded angered that my wife did not pass the message on to me!
