How can you tell,if dept collection's are legitimate,or,illegitimate...? |
Excuse me,debt collectors! If you receive a phone call from a collector they must say Ask them to mail you proof of the debt, by law they are required to do so. Now you have to remember that you are dealing with pond scum when it comes to collectors and generaly they don't want to do anything helpfull but if you harass them enough they will comply. And don't let them use any of their KGB tactics and scare you....tell them that unless they talk to you like an adult then you will hang up. |
