If I got a call from some collection agency with an automated person giving me my "case number"am I being sued |
Lol. Just curious. Oh thanks whip, it couldn't be the fact that I was in an accident that has left me permanently paralyzed and with hefty medical bills. I should have died rather than go to the hospital uninsured? Screw you. Yes and we've lost our patience, send us all your money now ! The best one I've herd is they asked if could go to the bank and get a loan to pay, I'm still LMAO on that one. you know when you are being sold because you will receive a complaint in the mail and not a call from a collection agency Probably not. They use the phrase "case" like a detective does, not like a lawyer. It's expensive to sue a person, relatively cheap to pay somebody else to bother people who owe you money. No, they are just trying to scare you into paying. Its like when they say they are going to file charges against you. They just want money and don't care what they say to get it. lol, probably.pay your bills so we don't have to.it's people that didn't pay there debt to creditors that have us in the mess we are in now.oh that's right ,you all blame bush. I dont know what the laws are now, but that sort of calling used to be illegal. The law did not allow for them to call a phone number and tell anyone they talked to that you owe them money. They could not call your child and say "tell your dad or mom to call and pay their bill". or they could not call your job and leave a message with a co worker or your boss and say "tell him to call me about the money he owes". No, they are just trying to collect money you owe and have assigned you a case number internally, it has nothing to do with the courts. no your being harassed by a collection company. As them under what law they are collection a debt with you that they aren't a party too in writing. If they purchased the debt, then it is theirs, but you can refuse to do any business with them until it is in front of a judge if you so wish. then add in court cost and you have a bill of the judge finds you owe the debt and they have a right to it established in law, is th key. |
