Is there anything legal I can do for a collection agency calls me at 9pm?!? |
and when i asked who was speaking she said "YOU AND ME." then asked for me, i said yes this is, and she continued to tell me what she was calling for. WTF?! call me at 9pm, say that, and then have the nerve to hang up on me! when i ask for their address. WHAT CAN I DO?! It all depends on the state and the circumstances. The bad thing is it might only get worse with calls at 11pm or later. I've heard of calls at 2am before. Pay your bills, and they'll stop calling. |
