Common law vs. civil law? |
which system best represents individuals rights, fairness and justice for the protection of society. Very interesting question. In my opinion it would be civil law. Common law has a way of keeping the little man down and holding him down while it only makes sure people are punished and no reparation giving to the person who lost in the crime whereas civil law does just that as well as giving the little man a way to fight back against others in a way that is in keeping with common law. |
