If a metro transit bus driver wrongfully accuses you of being disruptive and locks you in the bus isit illegal |
would this be a violation of my civil rights? do i have a case against the transit bus council, the driver, or both? This is a bit difficult to answer without knowing all of the facts, but I really can't imagine a legitimate reason for a bus driver to lock someone in a bus unless lives are in danger. Even then, the driver had better have some very solid evidence to back up the claim - including but not limited to eyewitnesses. For some reason, I do not believe you are telling the WHOLE TRUTH!!! Something tells me your not telling the whole story. Oh sure. That would be illegal unless you deserved it. If you put yourself in this position, you probably deserved it. There is no call for even being in a spot to be accused of this on public transportation in the first place. The driver only has to say he was protecting himself and/or others. A judge would probably laugh you out of court. Or fine you worse. Just look at your avatar... so much anger. A bus driver is not a police officer. He can't just lock you in the bus like this. It's called "unlawful imprisonment" lol i never heard of this.. |
