Was civil rights violated?

The officers took the two Hispanic out of the car, and left Marcel in the car. Marcel had to throw up, so he opened the door to throw up, when he open the door, it bumped one of the officers. The Officers of King County Sheriffs Department, then tasered Marcel while he was in the car. The Officers then dragged Marcel out of the car on the cement and tasered him over 16 more times. They kicked him in his face, and all over his body, which cost him to lose vison out of his right eye. They tasered him on his back, neck, chest, thighs, legs, and hands. Was this really necessary? If they would of tasered him anymore, he probably would of died, they are fatal.
Marcel is on a crutch now, with a limp, he knees are swallon, and has lost temporary vision out of his right eye, and he has marks all over his body from where he was tasered at. His legs have bruised and deep scratches all over them.and they are bandaged up.
Marcel was just on his way home, and he told them to stop, as he was shaking, but they wouldn't stop, they kept on tasering him, and to top it off, when they finally stopped torturing him, Deputy Jeff Hancock put Marcel in the police car and said "your lucky the dogs were on their way", and tasered him one last time on his neck.

OMG! Certainly this is not true..., is it? This is an injustice and should be further investigated. All Civil rights leaders should stand up for this man and the two Columbian men who were murdered by the man in Texas.

Your story sounds like a load of crap. First of all, you only get one shot with a taser gun. Once the electrodes have penetrated the skin you only get 3-5 zaps of about 50,000 volts. If, in your fable, you are referring to a stun gun, that's different story. If Marcel had to puke, he was probably drunk and on drugs. Tell your gimpy friend to stay out of trouble and he won't get hurt.

sounds like the police acted correctly.

Stop breaking the law and these things will not happen

violation? yes

sue for big, big, big $$

A Tazer sends out a pair of twin barbs, each attached to a thin wire.
Once the barbs penetrate clothing or skin, they are attached & if in skin, attached pretty damn good. (It take EMS to remove them)
He could not have been Tazered over multiple locations of his body, it just cannot happen in reality.
A Tazer is used by only one officer, it's not like pepper spray where more than on officer may spray you to attempt to subdue you.
He could have been Tazered multiple times in the same location though if he continued to resist the officers.
If you want to make up stories, at least make sure the "facts" that you claim could be plausible instead of a bunch of crap.
