If apes are closely related to humans, then shouldn't they have equal protection under our Civil Rights laws? |
And that includes employment discrimination where you must hire the handicapped. It goes both ways: One R&S responder said humans should have rights to fling dung with impunity. Ha ha. What a set up. But apes are not closely related to humans. As soon as apes can ask for equal protection, it should be given to them. I promise you I will hire the first ape that applies for a job at my company, whether he/she be disabled or not. I believe apes have recieved Human rights in Spain. They aren't allowed to work and recieve all the benifits of the Commie... er um Socialist.... um Demeocrat Goverment of that country. It will only be a matter of time before some pimply faced lawyer sues on behalf of some ape for discrimination. Have equal protection under our Civil Rights Laws? Y should they? They r not humans. They can not think like we do , they can not talk like we do , they can not do the things we can , the do not live like us. No, they are not humans(apes that is not cripples) When the apes are able to get organized, form their own government and create there own constitution, then they can have equal ape protections under their own civil rights laws. Humans are made by God and we our saved by Jesus our Savior. Apes may look like us but God never intended them to be Humans. Apes are just animals and are nothing like humans through soul. All forms of life on the planet are somehow related if you go back far enough, but other species aren't covered in the US Constitution, so unless you amend the US Constitution, no. They're not that closely related. If they could say something for their own rights it would be different but they dont care. apes are not handicapped only closely related, so I guess you could only give them closely related civil rights? Apes aren't handicapped, but I think you might be. Closely but not closely enough. "Closely Related" does not a Human Being make. Be very careful what you ask, some liberal may just take you at face value and pass that law! Why haven't they kept on evolving over these 6,000 years too? DUH? yeah, no. it doesnt work like that and I think you know better. |
