Why doesn't the US government recognize creed discrimination in the workplace? |
Civil Rights Act of 1964 says it is illegal. But how do you prove it with statistics? The government eliminated the collections of that statistic in the Privacy Act of 1974! So how could one claim minority status? How could you prove it? simple.. very difficult to impossible to track. you can't prove it |
