How can I sue the dept of human services?

they have violated my civil rights and they keep on making my life hell. My case worker in retaliation has had my granddaughter taken by the CPS!!

Make sure that you are 100% right.. being a gov't agency, they are dang near untouchable.. and, the sad part about that is, they are VERY VERY fallible.. good luck..

You can sue anyone you want to but the Dept of Human Services deals with this type of hype all the time. I'm sure the fact that your life is hell is because the parents of your grandchild is unable to take care of the child. If the parents can't, they will look to another family member. The whole goal is reunifying the child with the parents. If you were the Guardian, there has to be a reason why the child was taken from you. There aren't enough foster homes for all of the kids and some aren't even removed from the home. You won't get any sympathy here. I would be curious why the child was removed.
