In a workman's compensation case is it legal for them to use video tapping and photo's in my case?

What are my civil rights as to object and is this o.k. for them to use this against me?

If you are out in public and they are taping or taking pictures then it is fair game. You are in public domain at that time.

Note that celebrities cannot restrict paparazzi from taking picture or video when they are out in public.

It is not a civil rights issue in that you are out in public - your privacy rights have not been violated - if they were to come into your home and plant cameras or something like that then you would have an issue. Even if you are in your back yard or on your roof and they are able to record or take pictures from the street then that is fair game as well since they are not on your property or intruding on your space.

If you're in a public place and the guy with the camera is in a public place, they're allowed to tape you. So if you're in your house and he's on your lawn, no, that's trespassing. If you're walking out your front door and onto the sidewalk, and he's on the sidewalk across the street, definitely.
