I would like to know what stand I should take against my manager for falsifying paperwork to discredit me?

Two and a half months ago I had applied for workcover after which my manager submitted "doctored" company reports/evaluations about me to medical professionals which did discredited me and shows in the medical final report. The evaluation papers had been signed by me prior to them then being edited!! and given to the medical authoritative without my knowledge also prior to my medical. (I have the copy of the originals) What do I do?? Do I make a police report? Take civil action? Or wait until/if my case goes to court. I really need help as I am fighting a major and well respected long standing company. I have no money.. no workcover (medical reports have noted my injuries are work related) I have nothing left to sell and now I feel I'm losing me! This situation needs to be righted I need exact/correct advice and guidance all is greatly appreciated. Many thanks

I have spoken to a solicitor who said I could take my complaint to the police to file a report and intern they would probably put the complaint away and not act. This I feel is wrong there has to be more to it than that. Surely it's a criminal offense what my manager has done

Making false impelment for advantage is the charge, I truely think you need to speak to anther solicitor find one that offers first meeting free, I think you have a good case for both criminal and civil charges to be laid - good luck.

Sue his sorry butt!

Why don't you contact some lawyers for advice?
