Why is it so hard to find information about collecting a small-claims judgment?

I won in small claims court in March to get my security deposit back, plus costs and interest. As of April, my landlord had not paid, so I filed a motion for periodic payments indicating the security deposit amount, plus costs and interests, as per the language of the judgment and after calling the court to ask how to correctly fill out the form. They said they calculate costs and interest. My former landlord did not pay and did not show up for the hearing about his financial ability to pay, despite being properly served. A civil arrest warrant was issued. Yesterday I received a check for half the security deposit from him. The other half of the deposit was paid to the court as his bail. He still has not paid the interest or court costs, but says his debt is now paid in full and I should notify the court. Is that right? The judge told him he owes me costs and interest, too. I can find nothing on the NH court Web site. We're also still scheduled for a contempt hearing. Is that now moot?

Not until you get total satisfaction.

Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit score. They managed to reduce my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate. I came across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

No it's not moot. Send the judgment to a collection agency and report it to the credit bureaus and mes with his credit.

keep enforcing the court order by going back to the court and file another motion to be paid one always has to fight for one's self interest with court matters
