If you put half the energy it took to ask this question towards trying to answer it yourself, you would figure it out. It is really not that hard to know which of these answers is true and which is false.

A, it extends to the poor but some races have a harder time than the same leval poor white person. The rich don't like the non rich no matter what they say, the poor are just a money sourse to them.
