Thanks again bullwink. can i have your email address.? |
i have a pretty heavy civil suit against me right now and it is based solely on lies and the plaintiffs money. I'm a judge, and I am retired from the practice of law. Contact Legal Aid. They often have a civil side as well as a criminal side. Check with any law school in your area. Don't miss deadlines. Half an answer on time is better than a whole answer that is late. Tell the judge you're proceeding "pro se." Ask him if there is someone local who might be willing to help you, "pro bono." Contact your local Bar Association and ask them the same thing. You need someone local. Laws are a little different everywhere. |
