International Penalties?

What is the penalty for any country that breaks the following?:
Geneva Accords?
Universal Human Rights?
International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights?

I assume you mean the Geneva Conventions?

The punishment for breaking the Geneva Conventions is that no other U.N. member state is required to treat your soldiers according to the Conventions. The U.N. can also vote sanctions and in theory even military action against any country it finds to be in violation of these agreements.
