Medical experts oppose because they know, based on past performace within the last few years, the results will be used agaaisnt those testing positive. For example, in refusing employment or insurance coverage, both health and life.
Civil Rights groups because it is an invasion of privacy, and they too suspect that it will be used for alterior reasons once it is cone.
