WHAT civil code CAN HELP PROTECT MY RIGHTS EVEN THOUGH I SIGNED MY RIGHTS AWAY.? |
SO I MADE1 A MISATKE AND SIGNED A STIPULATION I SHOULD HAVE READ FIRST.I WAS MISS LEAD AND NOW FACING SHERRIFF!! WHAT CIVL CODE WILL PROTECT MY RIGHTS EVEN WHEN I SIGNED THEM AWAY IN CA. beside not being due for the rent that i am being evicted for i cant afford a lawyer. trying to save my family from getting thrown out on the street. If you signed away your rights, there is no code that can protect those rights. You waived them. You should hire a lawyer now. sorry about what happened, but never sign anything that you haven't read. get another job and pay the rent |
