Civil Work Law?

Any website where I can find the Civil Rights that a person has. (Example) ex-employer giving out personal info to a prospective job opportunity

I worked in Indianapolis for a company, and I hate a "sleeping disorder" which caused me to be late sometimes, I moved to St Louis to be with friends and family, and when to go get a job, and the Company in Indianapolis told the Other Company about how often I showed up late, which is hurting me in my current job. to which I show up to on time everyday too, and I get in trouble if I have something personal to take care of in the moring, like take the cat to the vet, etc....

Check out the ACLU's website. They are all about civil rights. Also, the Human Rights Commission of the state you're in should have some informtion too.
