When are the Civil, Educational, Laborer and Health care Reforms going to take place in USA?

Education needs to be improved and become Bilingual from K12 to University, and higher degrees.

Laborer Laws need to grant equal rights to all workers from the Fram workres to the Congressman and Ejecutive power.

Civil Rights....Amnesty and justice for all Immigrants.

Health Care Reforms= Universal health care system.

and Bush??? Is he unimpeachable?

Reforms will only take place when the government repeals its paternal laws and starts following the limits of the Constitution again. The government has overstepped its boundaries to the point where it can't be reformed. Instead, we need to get rid of most government agencies and allow private enterprise to do what it does best: provide services that can be accessible to all people and are not dependent on government subsidies.

What are you nuts? Bilingual, NOT EVEN! Speak English or get out!

Labor laws are equal to all workers!

NO amnesty, Justice is deproting them, and letting them coome back in legally!

Proven Universal health care don't work

Impeachable? Have to have an impeachable offense there Kool-aide drinker! Don't waste my time by posting again!~

When ?
When the Majority of Americans want them to, that's when.

So the answer is "most likely never"

Don't Ever Forget - Americans Always Get The Government They Deserve.

Education must be English ONLY. I would support that in legislation.

Civil rights. All people should be equal under the law regardless of race religion ethnic origin or gender preference. (did I miss a few special interest groups?) No special rights, ONLY equal rights!

Tort Reform: Limit liability and award amounts. Limit the percentage of an award that the lawyer gets. (not 50% or more that they can get now when you figure in expenses etc..) Allow the loser to pay ALL court costs including legal fees if the claim is ruled baseless. (Lawyer forwarding the case found to be baseless will also be liable for this cost as the lawyer will be best positioned to know.)

Healthcare reform: With legal costs due to mecdical malpracitce costs going down (due to tort reform) helathcare costs should start going down. I do NOT agree with universal healthcare, however I wouuld agree with proof of medicla insurance to get a drivers liscence, draw social security benefits, or draw any other form of govt benefit. This also would help drive medical costs down as doctors and hospitals would not have to simply absorb the costs of so many people who do not pay for services.

Don't get the rest, so I'll go to the one that grabbed my eye.

Anyone is impeachable as far as proposing it, doesn't mean it will happen. In Maine there are enough signatures to force the state government to approach this very subject...
Which by the the way, is the 11th State to pursue this...
Too much too late...

Most such reforms have to be initiated by Congress, and, as you may have noticed Congress can be very slow to act, and, when it does act, rarely accomplishes what the people really want of it.

Education, OTOH, is largely the responsibility of the states. It's one area that's been deteriorating over the last few decades as political correctness, pop psychology, mutliculturalism, and illegal immigration have burdened it with uninvolved parents, watered down curricula, and unwilling students. Pilot programs have shown that ESL students, for instance, progress much better with emersion than with full bilingual programs. Contrarily, American students have long suffered from a lack of second-language instruction, particularly in increasingly relevant languages like Chinese or Modern Standard Arabic.

Labor Laws have been a problem for the opposite reason, they've gone a bit overboard, 'protecting' the American worker into uncompetativeness. Corporations today are greatly increasing thier proffits simply through the simple expedient of laying off expensive American workers and hiring overseas for half or a third or less the cost. Similarly, illegal aliens are exploited to provide labor without legal protections. Obviously, these laws need to be rationalized, so that legal American labor can become competative again.

Civil Rights are an issue that's largely been accomplished. Equal protection under the law is guaranteed by all, and additional protection is provided to women, 'minorities,' fringe religions, and alternate lifestyles, just to be safe. Justice for Illegal immigrants, of course, is Deportation. Amnesty is a betrayal of the American people that would be unprecedented in the nation's history, had it not already been done - with disasterous results - a mere 21 years ago.

Health Care is in serious trouble in the US. The labor-activism-backed system of generous pre-tax health insurance provided by employers has led to demand rapidly outstripping the availability of service providers, and costs increasing at double the rate of inflation. Prior to widespread insurance, health care was much less expensive, because people made more rational decisions about thier own care. Also increasing cost preasures is the litiguousness of modern society. Doctors must carry massive malpractice insurance, and a single suit can destroy thier carreers. The only ones benefiting from the current system are the insurance providers.

With the next Democratic Administration
