New Jersey Civil Union?

does anyone know if there is any official info on the New Jersey Civil Union and/or on the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights. If yes is any of this info able to be accessed online? Thanks!

For civil unions, go here:
http://www.state.nj.us/health/vital/inde...
and click on "Civil Union" on the left side menu.

Here's some information and the application you'd need:

The requirements are the same as that for marriage. The form is the same and the fee is the same. As for who can marry you, it's anyone who can legally marry a straight couple. Religious officials are permitted to refuse to marry a same-sex couple if they feel it's against their beliefs ... but I believe that you cannot be turned away by a secular institution.
