Does a certificate of rehabilitation restore gun rights?

I just got a certificate of rehabilitation in California from the court. It say that all my civil and political rights of citizenship are restored. Does that include gun rights?

Maybe. Penal Code section 4852.17 says that it restores the right to possess weapons UNLESS you were EVER convicted of a felony involving the use of a DANGEROUS weapon (which need not be a firearm).
