Can social services take your children away cause you wont take a drug test being its against our civil right?

THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME TAKE DRUG TESTS. I HAVE NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY DRUGS IN ALMOST 10 YRS. I DONT DO DRUGS BUT THEY SEEM TO THINK I DO. WHAT DO I DO? TAKING DRUG TESTS ARE ANNOYING FOR US PEOPLE THAT DON'T DO THOSE THINGS AND AGAINST OUR CONSTITUTION. WHAT PURPOSE WOULD THAT SERVE ANYWAYS? IF I WERE A PERSON DOING DRUGS, WOULDN'T THEY THINK I'D TAKE SOMETHING TO COVER UP ANY DRUGS IN MY SYSTEM. THIS IS A WAASTE OF STATES MONEY , YOU THINK?

where are our civil rights for our own children gonna be in the next 5 or 10yrs? does not anyone care about our government taking them away?? these must have been young ladies answering my question ey? it is against our rights. the need a warrant for stuff like this, why do you think there are laws? so we should just roll over on our backs and let them **** us ey? if a child had to take drug tests before they enter school would you allow it? would you allow the government to walk in your house just because they want too?? this is our privacy law they're trying to break!!

if you have nothing to hide, take the test. if you dont take it, it just shows them your doing drugs.why do people only care about their civil rights, when they are doing something they shouldnt be doing?

It's not a violation of your civil rights to be forced to take a drug test. Do it. Get it over with.

Yes they can in some states. Just like Ohio. If you refuse to do a breathalyser test you lose your license for one year. If you do not do drugs just pee in the stupid cup.

Why does the social services want you to take the drug test?
this concern is the children's welfare, the children's welfare overrides your civil rights.

It is standard policy to request random drug testing for the parents in Child Service cases. Get over it. If you don't do drugs, your screens will be clean, and they won't request them as often. And, your visitations will be more often and longer when you start cooperating. The sooner you cooperate FULLY, the sooner the child(ren) will be RETURNED to you.

Not taking the test and putting up a fuss may make you look guilty and if you have been clean then you have nothing to worry about.
Remember your kids are worth taking the test.

I have had to take test for them also. I used to use drugs and because of the tests I 'am clean. Stay clean or lose your kids. You will just have to do it, to show them u are clean, so they will get off of your back. I know u feel like telling them to get f**ked but actually they can f*** u. They suck.
