How can I find civil court cases that have been filed to be sure I am doing this right involving mass torts? |
I am filing a civil law suit and I want to see other cases similar that relate to wrongful death, fraud, embezzelment, slander.libel, perjury, just to mention a few. I know I need a lawyer, but I trying this one on my own right now. You need a lawyer. You don't mention if this is a federal or state civil case. The first thing is to file it in the correct jurisdiction. Otherwise, it'll get tossed out. Some of the issues you mention are pretty complicated and serious consequences attach. You might go to the nearest law library to familiarize yourself with these causes of action. I think if you do that, you'll realize you'd be completely in over your head if you tried to handle this yourself. You're in way over your head. |
