Does a probation officer have the right to tell any civilian my criminal history, dont tha violate some law.? |
like my civil rights. hahahaha......amazing. Oh I commited crimes and now I don't want anyone to know about it...wahhhhhhh. Face it. You screwed up. It's a matter of PUBLIC record. And, if it's all true....guess what.....there's nothing you can do. Oh, sure, there's things you could have done before....like think twice before you got in trouble. But ya know....that's your own fault. Now deal with it. Another case of a criminal playing the part of the poor 'ole victim.....you're not the victim!!! You wanna whine....cry to yourself. Yeah, just anyone doesn't have the right to know your history unless they're involved in your treatment plan. Nope. Your conviction record is public information. If I know your name, I can view your record on the Internet. Tell more about what happened, who the citizen was (position in the case), why he told the citizen and what reference to your criminal history, in order for yahoo people to provide you with the most accurate feedback. to be on probation, you sign alot of your rights away often. |
