Are you a state Citizen or a federal Citizen?

Many, many, many supreme crt decisions have clearly identified the difference. Not sure if many Americans are aware that only state Citizens (eg. California state, Arizona state, etc., etc) have 'fundamental Rights / UNalienable Rights, whereas Federal citizens only have 'civil Rights'. And, 'Civil Rights' since created by Congress can be taken away by it's creator at any give time.
