If employer testified, under oath, and testimony was false, can I file criminal charge w/local law enforcement |
The Civil rights investigation requires statements be made under oath. So, if employer lied , under oath, would it be best to file a retaliation charge, through the Civil Rights Commission, or can criminal charges be filed, through local law enforcement agency? Whereever you file you will have to provide proof of your allegations he lied. Can you do that? |
