What is the history of noose and is it coming it back with all these nooses that people have hanging around.?

also how long did the lanching last and why did they do and is civil rights any better against any discrimation. It doesn't matter rather race disability or what do you think discrimation against disabilitys has gotten since the 1800's and civil rights less lanching and tell me is it coming back.

PS: Plenty of people were lynched back in the old days who were not black. It was called frontier justice.
