Arizona is a difficult state to get a felony charge esponged. Years ago my daughter forged two checks of mine. |
She served her jail time, went to classes, got off from her PO and went before the judge to get her civil rights and felony charge removed. The judge hasn't answered why no to felony, but ok to civil rights. Does anyone know how we can get this charge off her? bettybetu Some states make you wait seven to ten years before they will even consider expunging her record. If that time has not passed tell her to be patient and stay out of trouble. |
