In recent history, have there been any unjust laws that have been broken morally?

I am asking this because, Dr. MLK stated in his letter from Birmingham jail that civil disobedience is justified in the face of unjust laws, and "One has a moral right to disobey unjust laws."
I want to know if there have been other unjust laws, besides ones before the civil rights movement, that have been broken.

You would really enjoy reading this famous speech by Clarence Darrow. It's one of my favorites:

she said unjust LAWS. such as denying the lgbt community from obtaining marriage rights. Report It

Sure, look at the demonstrators against Vietnam, some murdered at Kent state by the National Guard! One young woman was on her way to class and gunned down by the military!

Unjust laws are broken everyday, and most are never prosecuted as they know they will never get a conviction!

And some laws are more than unjust, they are unconstitutional, like the Military Commissions Act of 2006, which has already started unraveling at the 4th Circuit court of appeals!

The 4th Circuit said Bush had no authority to hold civilians as prisoners in military jails for 3 1/2 years without charging them, and that he had no right to deny them habeas corpus! They said Bush can't take away their citizenship with no due process!
