Impact of these decisions?

I have to write a paper on brown vs the board of education, plessy vs ferguson and the civil rights at 1965.
Also the IMPACT of these decisions.

i know about plessy vs ferguson, the whole "seperate but equal" was incorporated due to plessy, correct? and brown vs. the board of educatio basically they diseggregated the schools and went to unify the black and the whites in the school cause Brown thought it wasnt a good example & etc.

Now i need info on the civil righs in 1965 and the impact of these decisions...i just cant give a short brief couple-sentenced statement about the impact cause i like to explain a lot. can some one help me in those last 2 parts...??

The most obvious impact of Brown was that it overruled Plessy, finding that separate but equal was a violation of the U.S. Constitution. There have been many books written on the impact of Brown, which became the legal underpinning of the modern civil rights movement.

Supreme Court decision, along with opinion by Chief Justice Warren. Read down and it has relevance of Plessy v Ferguson.
