When you call someone a psycho or narcisstic on tv without proof and you are a Dr. is that slander?

or isn't there a Hippa law that protects you if you are? Are your rights being violated? how about if a judge get on tv and talkes about you after he has had you in his court?what about your civil rights? isn't that prejudice?
Doesn't that taint people for jury trial?

I AM REFERRING TO A WOMAN THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE A DR, AND IT STILL WOULD BE HER PROFESSIONAL OPINION WOULD IT NOT?
OH, AND OJ WAS ACQUITED OF THE CHARGE AND HE HAS NEVER BEEN CONVICTED OF A FELONY

I AM JUST ASKING NOT JUDGING

In the instance you site, very risky concerning slander !!
In the instance of politics, IF you notice, politicians always word their accusations in such a manner, so as to lead / mislead the masses, BUT, there is just enough of a legality doubt, that they evade the slander / libel law suit issue !!!!
SNEAKY of the politicians ???? Just typical of their lifestyle !!!
toro gringo

THAT WAS ACCORDING TO HIS ATTORNEY THAT WAS ON TV. Report It

DO YOU BELIEVE HIS ATTORNEY?
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YOUR OPINION Report It

doesn't make O J any less guilty of this new crime
or
the case where he killed two people

HIPAA would not cover it unless the Dr. actually examined the person as a patient.

It may be flirting with slander, depending on what they say.

Speculating as to someone's medical diagnosis on TV is pretty tacky and disrespectable for a medial professional. Unless they give a disclaimer that they don't really know what they are talking about, but I don't think you'll hear that admitted to very often, lol

are you seriously defending O.J Simpson?????????????? Somewhere your mother is wondering where she went wrong with you.
