Can you help me find this citation? |
I need to find the correct citation for a ninth circuit case involving a police officer suing for a civil rights violation. B4 trial,, he moved for a summary judgment in his favor based on qualified immunity from such suit as a police officer. This case cited "Warner Bros. v American Broadcasting Company", 720 f2d 231 (2nd cir. 1983), and the key number is 2472. Plase help me....I can't find this citation and I need it! thx I know you can find it by shepardizing, but how to shepardize from my computer? I found the Warner Bros case online already, but it does not list the key number anywhere, and there is is no list of citing cases with it. The key number only helps when you have Westlaw. I don't, but looked on another search engine and found two 9th Circuit cases (but those are dissenting opinions) and none which involves a police officer. |
