First Offender Act?

I have the Petition for discharge(first offender act) document from superior court augusta judical circuit. This document states that
A.The defendant be discharged without court adjudication of guilt.
B.that this discharge shall completely exonerate the defendant of any criminal purpose.
C.That this discharge shall not affect any of said defendant's civil rights or liberties.
D.The defendant shall not be considered to have a criminal conviction.
E.This discharge may not be used to disquailfy a person in any application for employment.

What should I do if this document has been violated because I was fired on my first day of work. I gave the Manager a copy of this document and they still sent me home.

Nothing. Your manager still has the right to fire you, just not because of this document.

If you could have been fired for no reason at all anyway, then even if the law gave you a private right to enforce the order on a private employer, you would have no damages. Let it go. Next time, let the employer know before you get hired that you had some legal problems and they were resolved without a conviction.
