Can i get my child back to the usa from mexico without havig custody? |
grandparets took her without permission they did not let me know she came to visit me from mexico,o she was born here in the u.s grandparets took her out of usa without asking me.police said that they could not do anything cuz i dont have custody.is that kidnapping,mom is a illigal immigrant and she can no support my daugther cuz for the last years i have been supporthing her, It would be kidnapping if it was done without the consent of the person who does have custody. I would assume that the mother has custody. If you do not have any custody rights then there is not much you can do. You need to establish custody rights before you can start making decisions regarding the childs residency. You'd have to establish custody first. If the grandparent kidnapped the child and fled to Mexico why are spending time on YA Why don't you have legal custody? Where's the mother? Is there a reason why they took her? Seems suss to me. Sure. Why not? There are 25 million illegal aliens here. Who will ever notice one more? who has custody if you don't? |
