Will OJ have to be in prison during his appeal? And what will his actual sentence likely be? |
Remember, he has to be treated as a first time offender. He will be on Las Vegas detention center until his Dec 4 sentencing. Yes, he will be in prison until Dec. 4th, at least. They denied bail because he is a flight risk. |
