Will OJ have to be in prison during his appeal? And what will his actual sentence likely be?


Remember, he has to be treated as a first time offender.

How many years in prison will he have to do?

He will be on Las Vegas detention center until his Dec 4 sentencing.
and then moved to Prision
He will likely spend a minimum of 20 years in prison

Yes, he will be in prison until Dec. 4th, at least. They denied bail because he is a flight risk.

He will probably get between 15 & 20 years. No more golfing...
