What does Case disposed - Lack of Appellate Jurisdiction mean? |
An appeal was filed in a criminal case. In the docket entries, it stated "Case disposed - Lack of Appellate Jurisdiction". Does this mean that the appeal was denied? I wasn't sure about this. It means there was no jurisdiction for the appeals court to hear it. |
